 NetSpira Networks founded as spin-off from Inspira

NetSpira Networks, S.L., has been founded as a spin-off company from Inspira, S.L., to take up all the activities in the mobile networking area. In particular, it will continue the development and commercialization of the NetSpira line of products.
The transition from Inspira to NetSpira Networks will take place gradually during the first quarter of 2,002. In the meantime, both Inspira and NetSpira Networks are valid points of contact for the NetSpira products.
